In case you missed it, we just launched the ability to draw on customers' screens as another way to guide them!

When you are viewing a live session, you will see a pencil icon. On click, you will now be able to draw on their screen and choose from a variety of colors. The drawing will stay on their screen for a few seconds before gradually fading away.
